I met Deb for the first time at a WBC meeting and arranged to meet up with her for coffee one day to ask her about her pilates classes. 2 hours - and several used tissues later, I was arranging a 1-2-1 meeting with her for the following day to sign up to her weight management programme!
Deb is such an inspiration. She has a magical way of making you understand what it is that you want in life (with regard to health, wellbeing and happiness) and helps you get to the nitty gritty of what‘s holding you back from achieving it. She does not judge, which to me that is so important, and simply nurtures you into revealing your true self - which is crucial if you are to truly succeed on the path to the new you.
In my first session with Deb I was able to be completely open and honest with her because she is so easy to talk to. She made me feel so comfortable and very relaxed that it was like I had known her for years. Deb also has a very wicked sense of humour and had me laughing lots (in between the tears!).
Deb‘s weight management programme makes sense too! It‘s not a diet, but a change in lifestyle and behaviour, and with her constant help and support to keep you on track, what she offers is a very personal service. I‘m only 3 weeks in to her programme and not only have I already seen amazing results, I feel so much better too. Lots of people have commented on how good I look (not just about the weight I‘ve lost) and that feels fantastic in itself!
I would definitely recommend Deb to anyone who, like I did, needs a helping hand to put them back on the path and steer them towards self-confidence, self-worth, self-respect and most importantly self-love.
So, from someone who initially only intended to join a pilates class and ended up embarking on a life-changing journey, I can honestly say that I am so glad I met you Debs and am truly grateful for your kindness and caring.
I am a 38 year old mum of two boys, one, my first born, with severe autism spectrum disorder. My life was a mess, I felt tired, unloved, ugly, worthless... I was considering a gastric bypass as the ultimate solution to my lifelong battle with weight as I was rocking the scales at a scary 17 stone. It took 2 years of walking and driving past the gym for me to finally drag my doubtful self (and large behind) through the doors of the gym where the lovely Debra Elsmore works her magic. Skeptical was an understatement . I never thought diet and exercise were the way to go but I had to quickly change my mind as after just one week on Debra‘s life changing plan I saw a stone shifting off to begone for ever. Now, six months later, I‘m 4 stone lighter, my life is still hard but I have a new found attitude and I feel great just facing everyday challenges with a new spring in my step. I‘m not there yet but I know I will get there at some point, it‘s just a matter of time now. Are you still thinking about it?
Hit the first 6 weeks a trooper, didn‘t think I hit the last 6 weeks as hard finding it hard too see a difference in the scales.. BUT.. That‘s not all that matters... I feel amazing I look a little better and everything is brilliant.... This amazing woman (Debra Elsmore) and training with Jack Love at club ginger has changed my life in 12 weeks, now for another go... But I‘m going too smash it twice as hard.
I would recommend Debs WMC as she is so easy to talk to without judging you, and encourages and guides you to make changes in your diet to get the results you want. Since I started the WMC I have lost a total of 10kg and 22“, which proves she gets results as I could not do this on my own. I wish I had met Debs years ago as she is able to offer a complete package to change your life forever. Thanks Debs x
